Centipede
Centipede is a slow-growing turfgrass that spreads by stolons (aboveground stems that resemble centipedes), where it gets its name. It is ideal for someone who wants a fairly attractive lawn requiring little care, hence it is termed "LAZY MANS GRASS". Centipede has a light green color and coarse texture. There is an improved cultivar, TIFBLAIR, that is now on the market.

Certified Tifway 419
Tifway is an improved hybrid bermudagrass that is blueish in color and has a  medium fine texture. Tifway has excellent weed and disease resistance. Tifway is excellent for sports fields, fairways, and tees. Tifway provides an excellent impact absorbing cushion on playing fields, and has excellent wear resistance. Mow between 1 1/2 - 2 inches.
· Dark green in color.
· Thrives in hot weather conditions.
· Drought tolerant.
· Good low temperature color retention.
· Recovers quickly from dormancy.
· Can tolerate relatively high soil and water salt concentrations.

Emerald Zoysia
A warm season, dark green, small blade grass. Very dense once established. Some shade tolerance. Recommend to use a reel mower, however, can use rotary if keep blades sharp.

Raleigh St. Augustine
Raleigh St. Augustine is a vigorous, medium green, medium textured lawn grass. Raleigh has a significant adaptation to heat and cold tolerance. Raleigh is also very good in the shade. St Augustine is also good for the coast as it has a high salt tolerance. Mowing is 2 to 3 inches.
