EMPRESS and EMPIRE offer the aesthetics you are looking for, as well as being  water conservative. At this time, Zoysia grass leads the grass race category for the number of "zones" adapted to a warm season grass in the United States. There have been a lot of climate changes over the last few years, and it is our responsibility to protect our environment.
